Proposal Moratorium

Proposal to implement a 3 year moratorium on proposals or proposals derived from the philosophy that have gone through the proposal cycle. Note: At the 2016 USTFCCCA Convention, this proposal was amended to “Implement a one (1)-year moratorium on proposals, or proposals derived from the same philosophy, that have gone through the proposal cycle and been defeated.”
