Change Proposal Presentation by Adding Pros and Cons – T&F

To change the method that a proposal is presented to the general body for discussion. Language to be added to the USTFCCCA Division I Track and Field Handbook is in bold.

Once the Executive Committee votes upon a proposal, said proposal is deemed an agenda item and will be assigned to a member(s) of the Executive Committee to present the agenda item, and the Executive Committee’s position on said proposal (including pros and cons discussed by the Executive Committee), to the membership. Presentation of agenda items to the membership will occur at the following USTFCCCA Convention, unless the item has a response deadline prior to the next convention.
