Expansion of cameras used for protest on the track to include 4 x 100 Exchange Zones

Expansion of cameras used for protest on the track to include 4 x 100 Exchange Zones

This proposal is being brought forth to address the fact that we currently do not place cameras on the track to specifically catch 4 x 100 exchange zones similar to how we use them in horizontal jumps. In the outdoor Championships Manual, use of video is addressed in Section 2.2 as a part of “protest procedures” but there is no information given on camera location or how many cameras will be used during the championships. I would like to propose that we place cameras specifically at the end of exchange zones to determine exactly when exchanges are being made.
