Standardizing NCAA Indoor Championship Throws Facility

Require the host of the indoor NCAA championships to use a circle provided by Gill, or another manufacture, that is both World Athletics Certified and readily available for purchase, as to best prepare athletes for success at the championships, if no in ground cement ring is available at the host facility.
