Albion College invites applications for the Assistant Coach for Cross Country/Track and Field. This positions responsibilities encompass assisting the Director of Cross Country/Track and Field in all aspects of coaching and administration. This includes (but not limited to) conditioning, technique training, mental preparation, and race plan preparation. In addition, the position also works closely with Admissions in recruiting students. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload with sensitivity and confidentiality.
