Job Duties:
- Assist the Head XC/Track Coach in many aspects of the program, including budget management, travel logistics, practice planning, and fundraising.
- Recruit, Coach, and mentor Sprinters, Jumpers, and Hurdlers (Men & Women)
- Aid in the spiritual, physical, and emotional development of student athletes
- Other day-to-day duties as assigned
