Create a National Rotation for the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships

Proposal to create a East/Central/West National Rotation of the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Within the rotation, hosting NCAA’s in Eugene would align when it host Olympic Trails (potentially Worlds qualifying). Outside of the Olympic years it would fall to the other 3 regions. Eugene would not fall into the rotation when the West Region is set to host.
