The Campbell University Cross Country and Track and Field team is seeking a motivated individual to serve the Track and Field/Cross Country team as a graduate assistant for the 2025-2026 school year.
Qualified applicants will have been admitted to the grad program of their choice. The graduate school programs are on the Campbell University website: https://www.campbell.edu/academics/graduate-professional-programs/

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Acceptance into a graduate program at Campbell University
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive university vans

Preferred:

• Coached or participated in Track and Field or Cross Country at the collegiate level

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruiting Track and Field athletes that align with University values
• Assist in organizing and running practices
• Assist in team travel
• Assist in fundraising and community efforts
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by Director of Track and Field

Compensation:

• Tuition reimbursement up to 18 credit hours per year
• Room and Board
