Job Description

Kansas Wesleyan University is seeking to fill the position of Track & Field graduate assistant coach with emphasis in the throws. Responsibilities include assisting with all aspects of the Kansas Wesleyan Track and Field program under the direction of the head coach. Specific duties will include; recruiting, directing practices, fundraising, home meet preparation, travel, mentoring student-athletes, and overseeing weekly study halls. Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree & acceptance into the MBA program at Kansas Wesleyan University is required. Previous experience as an athlete/coach is preferred. Candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and excel at working independently while also communicating well with others.
