Job Description
Reporting to the Head Coach, the Assistant Coach plays a key role in the day-to-day operations and long-term success of the program. This position supports competitive excellence while fostering the academic, personal, and athletic development of student-athletes in alignment with the University’s mission and the core values of intercollegiate athletics.
The assistant coach will take a lead roll in recruiting, and will help with workout design and implementation. Ideally, this candidate will be able to assist in a technical area of the track and field program, while being open, inviting, and inclusive to all cross country and track and field athletes.
