McMurry University seeks a dynamic and experienced leader to serve the Men’s and Women’s Track & Field and Cross Country Program. This position is responsible for the organization, direction, and administration of all aspects of the men’s and women’s cross-country & track programs in a manner that supports the mission and values of the university and is in full compliance with NCAA Division III, conference, and institutional guidelines.
