Job Description
Responsibilities
- Gain experience in coaching.
- Help foster a team culture that is focused and driven to succeed academically and athletically
- Assist during the Cross Country, Indoor, and Outdoor Track & Field seasons.
- Assist in the implementation of the practice plan 2-3x a week under the supervision & guidance of the Associate Head Coach of Cross Country
- Possible competition travel
- Maintain knowledge and ensure compliance with NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Current First Aid, CPR, and AED training
- Competitive athletic background
- Must have a strong commitment to the safety and welfare of student-athletes.
- Ability to work on weekends, evenings, and odd hours.
- Successful completion of a background check.
