Job Description

Rider University invites applications for a part time assistant track & field coach for men and women. Candidate will be primarily responsible for coaching and recruiting all sprint and hurdle events.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing all training including strength and conditioning, technical, and meet preparation
• Recruiting academically and athletically accomplished student athletes through correspondence, talent evaluation, and on-campus visits
• Abiding by all NCAA compliance and recruiting rules
• Other duties assigned by head coach

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and collegiate competing or coaching experience required
• Valid driver’s license and an ability to drive university vans
