Job Description

The Part-Time Pole Vault Coach is responsible for coaching and developing student-athletes in the pole vault, with an emphasis on proper technique, skill development, safety, and competitive performance. Responsibilities include designing and implementing event-specific training, conducting regular practices, evaluating athlete progress, and preparing student-athletes for indoor and outdoor competition.

The coach will collaborate with the Head Coach and other event-area coaches, assist with athlete development and recruiting, and contribute to a positive and competitive team environment. The position also requires attendance and coaching at in-season indoor and outdoor competitions, including select travel meets as assigned.
