Job Description
This assistant coach is responsible for assisting the Director of Track & Field/Cross Country in all aspects of coaching. Involving recruiting, retaining members, and overall in-season/off-season strategies/programs.
The Assistant Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Coach will also serve in a second college assigned position: Housing Coordinator. The employment in the above position is contingent upon the Assistant Men’s and Women’s Cross country Coach being employed in both assigned positions.
