Job Description

Responsible for coaching The Assistant Men’s and Women’s Track will assist the Director of XC/TF with the organization, administration, coaching and supervision of the men’s and women’s track and field program. The Assistant Coach will be responsible for recruiting men’s and women’s track and field PSA’s, while helping to maintain and ensure academic success of our student-athletes, as well as assist in team fundraising. The Assistant Coach will need to maintain good relationships with the community, alumni, and boosters. Additionally, the assistant coach must have a thorough understanding of and accountability to NCAA and Mountain East conference rules and regulation.
