Job Description

This Full-Time Assistant Coach Position will directly coach the Cross Country team as well as the distance groups for track and field. Responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining training plans and race strategies for athletes in their event group. Responsible for recruiting and retaining student athletes in their event groups, as well as organizing recruiting efforts for XC/TF. Work with the Director of XC/TF on all aspects of maintaining a championship caliber XC/TF team.
