Job Description

Assistant Coaching duties include:
Serve as Assistant Women’s and Men’s Track & Field Coach reporting to the head coach. Write training plans for the multi event athletes and vaulters. Supervision and technical instruction for both groups. Recruitment for required event areas. Home meet management, official’s coordinator. Academic oversight, maintain working knowledge of current NCAA rules.

• Must have Div I or Div II coaching experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must have team building skills w strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ego centered coaches need not apply.
• Servant leadership is a requirement.
