Part-Time Track & Field Coach – Throws Coach

The Athletics Department at Concordia University Ann Arbor, a private NAIA institution located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, is seeking qualified individuals for the position of Assistant Coach for the Men’s and Women’s Track and Field programs. This position would help train athletes to focus on throwing events. Responsibilities include but are not limited to helping create workouts for throwers, writing and documenting all training sessions, coordinating strength training workouts with the team strength coach, coordinating competition plans and entries with the Head Coach, and assisting with recruiting student-athletes.

This is a part-time position.

Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, collegiate Track and field throwing experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership and management skills.
