Wesleyan university is searching for a full-time Assistant Track Coach (Sprints, Jumps, Hurdles, Throws, or Multi’s) This is an entry level full-time position with a salary of $32,000 plus full benefits. Prior coaching experience is preferred; however, it is excellent opportunity for a recent graduate interested in just getting started on a coaching career.

Reporting to the head coach of Track & Field, the assistant track coach will have primary duties in planning for training sessions and competition, providing input on player evaluation and recruiting as well as other decisions concerning team operations. This includes the vision to develop and implement a strategic plan for long-term growth and improvement of the track program at Wesleyan University.
