Job Description
- Assist in coaching and mentoring Division I Track & Field student-athletes, including organization and implementation of team’s training program and practices.
- Provide administrative and organizational support for the program.
- Assist with meet preparation.
- Assist with holistic development of Track & Field student-athletes.
- Recruiting activities including campus and home visits, identification and evaluation of prospects, phone calls, correspondence, etc.
- Community involvement.
- Adherence to all rules and regulations of Marshall University, SunBelt, and the NCAA.
