Job Description

The Assistant Coach will assist the head coach with the organization, development, and implementation of a competitive NCAA Division I Track & Field program in compliance with NCAA and A10 Conference rules and regulations. This position will have coaching and recruiting responsibilities with mid-distance and distance.

• Assists in practice planning, meet preparation, and athletic conditioning.
• Assists in recruiting, daily practice and travel arrangements for team competition.
• Assists with organizing team/alumni fundraising, mailings, event, public relations and other assignments.
• Performs related duties as required.
