Job Description

The Assistant Track & Field Coach will be responsible for the coaching and training of the sprint/hurdles/relays and or jumps groups. They will design and implement practices and weightlifting. They will assistant the head coach as directed in all aspects of the program including recruiting student athletes, monitoring academic progress and problems of student athletes in your event groups, planning travel, gear and equipment management, fundraising, social media management, driving university vehicles to and from practice and meets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
Collegiate experience in sprints/jumps/hurdles events or 1-2 years of experience coaching at a high school or college level.
