Job Description

This position will report to the Director of Cross Country/Track & Field, & will be the lead event group coach & lead recruiter for the Horizontal Jumps. This position comes with a primary responsibility of recruiting & coaching the Horizontal Jumps, as well as additional administrative duties, driving for meets, & performing any other related duties assigned. Strong fit with school & team values, energy & ability to recruit athletes who are a strong fit, & willingness to enthusiastically support culture & vision of the Director of XC/TF is essential.

Members of our coaching staff are not only required to adhere to NCAA & NSIC conference rules & regulations, but should be able to positively reflect & lead our student-athletes in the high standards of character, communication, & discipline that reflect the Christian values of our program & school.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Experience Coaching &/or Competing in Jumps Events Required
• Recruiting Experience Strongly Preferred
