Job Description

Kansas Wesleyan University is seeking to fill the position of track & field assistant coach with emphasis in the sprints, jumps, and hurdles. Responsibilities include assisting with all aspects of the Kansas Wesleyan Track and Field program under the direction of the Director of Track & Field. Specific duties will include; directing a specific event group, recruiting, fundraising, home meet preparation, travel, mentoring student-athletes, and overseeing weekly study halls. Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of one to three years of coaching and recruiting experience in higher education. Candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and excel at working independently while also communicating well with others.
