Job Description
We’re seeking a qualified candidate with assistant or head coaching experience at the collegiate level in the Sprints, Jumps & Hurdles.
The Associate Head Men’s and Women’s Track & Field / Assistant Cross Country Coaching Instructor works alongside with the Head Men’s and Women’s Cross Country / Track & Field Coaching Instructor providing support for the organization of the program and implementation of game and practice plans. This includes, but is not limited to communication with athletes, preparation of facilities, distribution and care of equipment, recruiting and other alumni relations
The Associate Head Men’s and Women’s Track & Field / Assistant Cross Country Coaching Instructor will respond to the Head Men’s and Women’s Cross Country / Track & Field Coaching Instructor directives and will be responsible for providing coaching instruction and administrative support to other coaches and administrative staff while ensuring compliance with all related governing bodies including the NCAA, OAC Conference and institutional regulations. The Associate Head Men’s and Women’s Track & Field / Assistant Cross Country Coaching Instructor will also have direct responsibilities with the recruitment of prospective student athletes.
