Indiana Wesleyan University is seeking applications for the position of Graduate Assistant Coach for Men’s and Women’s Cross Country and Track & Field. The primary role of this positions will be to serve as the Head Coach for the Men’s Running Club while also working with the varsity Cross Country and Track & Field teams.

Duties consist of recruiting, budget management, mentoring and discipling of students-athletes, building training plans, scheduling competitions, and other duties as needed for the Running Club. Additionally, this individual is expected to work with the Head Cross Country and Track & Field Coaches to assist with other duties that are assigned.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree
• A valid driver’s license is required
• Must pass a background check
• Collegiate running and/or coaching experience required
• Recruiting experience encouraged but not required

Compensation includes:

• Free tuition for Master’s degree offered by Indiana Wesleyan OR a $10,000 per year reimbursement towards an online degree offered at another institution.
• $12,000 per year stipend
