Job Description

Rider University seeks a part time assistant cross country and distance coach. Duties include but not limited to assisting the head coach in devising and implementing all training, technical, and strength workouts required to develop the athletes to compete at their highest level. Assist head coach with all practices and competitions. Additionally, assist the head coach in administrative duties required for a collegiate cross country and track and field program. Bachelor’s degree required. Valid driver’s license and an ability to drive university vans. Previous experience as a college or high school coach and a strong background as a competitive cross country and track and field athlete preferred.
