Job Description

Western Michigan University is currently seeking applications for the Graduate Assistant Coach/Director of Operations to oversee all internal matters pertaining to the day to day operations of the cross country/track & field program. This position will also assist with the cross-country team and distance events in track & field.

Responsibilities: Assist Head Coach with administrative tasks associated with the operations of an efficient Division I Cross Country/Track & Field program. This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating team travel (including creating itineraries, lodging, meals, transportation, etc.) This position will also assist with any home meet management and other administrative tasks assigned by the head coach. In addition to the assigned operations tasks, this position will assist with the distance events in track and field.
