Job Description

1. Cross Country / Distance Assistant

• Position reports to Head Coach Ryan Bailey
• This G.A. will work primarily with Coach Ryan Bailey
• Experience in distance events preferred
• Experience with meet organization / meet management preferred
• High degree of physical fitness required for this position
• Must have good organizational skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Other tasks will be assigned as needed

2. Recruiting Coordinator / Operations Assistant

• Position reports to Head Coach Ryan Bailey
• This G.A. will primarily work as an administrative assistant
• Must have good computer skills
• Must have good organizational skills
• Must have good communication skills and be able to establish a good rapport with prospective student athletes
