Job Description

The University of Mount Union is seeking a Graduate Assistant for Men’s and Women’s Track & Field and Cross Country for the 2026-27 academic year. The position will begin in August 2026.

The position is responsible for assisting with Cross Country and Track & Field . The position will assist with recruiting, workouts, skill instruction, hosting meets and other coaching duties.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Experience with track & field coaching or competing in distance events is preferred. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a willingness to work within a team environment are expected.
