Job Description

Keene State College’s Athletic Department invites applications for a NCAA Division III Head Men’s and Women’s Cross Country/Track Coach to begin December 2019.

In line with the Keene State College Athletics’ mission of striving for athletic and academic excellence, this position will organize, develop and administer all aspects of a NCAA cross country/track program while also supporting student athletes’ academic success. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; one to three years of cross country/track coaching experience; knowledge of structure and governance of a public, undergraduate college; and the ability to work effectively with all college constituencies.

Preferred Qualifications: Five years of collegiate cross country/track coaching experience. Additionally, the College has identified desirable qualifications that support our commitment to creating and maintaining a diverse campus community including the ability to speak a second language or to bring a multicultural perspective to the campus. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
