Job Description

Madonna University is seeking a high-energy, standard-driven leader to serve as the Head Cross Country Coach (Men’s & Women’s) and Assistant Track & Field Coach. This dual role requires a recruiter who can build meaningful connections with student-athletes, an organized administrator, and a technician dedicated to athletic and academic excellence.

The successful candidate will lead all aspects of the Cross Country programs while seamlessly shifting gears to assist the Head Track & Field Coach with specific discipline groups (typically distance) though adaptable based on expertise).
