Job Description

St. Lawrence University is currently seeking applications for a Graduate Assistant Coach for Men’s & Women’s Track & Field to begin Fall semester 2025. This position is targeted toward graduate students seeking a master’s degree. Remuneration includes a competitive coaching stipend, student health insurance, and eligibility for tuition remission (6 graduate classes per year in the University’s graduate program). St Lawrence offers a Master of Arts in Leadership.

Duties/Responsibilities

Responsibilities include assisting the Head Men’s and Head Women’s coaches with all aspects of operating a successful Track and Field program such as: providing instruction, practice preparation, event coaching, recruiting, home meet management responsibilities, developing strength and conditioning programs, and other duties assigned.
