2008 NCAA Champion XC.
2008 NCAA 5k Champion
2007 NCAA 10k Champion, 5k Runner-up (helped his senior teammate win the 5k)
2007 World XC Championship (senior division) qualifier
2008 Became first DII athlete to break the 28 minute barrier in the 10k..His 27:48 DII record lasted until the 2025 season and was broken by just a quarter of a second. His 10k time was an Olympic Trials qualifier and an "A Standard" for the 2008 Olympic Games.
2008 Ran a top-5 AT DII mark at Mt Sac Relays (13:31)
2008 Ran a 3:59 full mile outdoors on the Chico State campus.
2008 Became the youngest American athlete to break 4 in the mile and 28 in the 10k on the track.
2007 Ran a 1:03.04 for the half marathon at the SJ Rock and Roll Half.
2007 Qualified for and represented the US at the Ekeden Relays in Japan
*Graduated in 4.5 years he forewent his final track season of eligibility and went Pro.

Qualified for the 2010 World Cross Country Championships team
Qualified for the 2011 Track World Championships in the 10k in Daegu, South Korea by placing 3rd at the USA Championships.
World Half Marathon Championships qualifier 2009, 2016.
Ran in several Olympic Trials events (Track/Marathon)
Ran professionally for Adidas for 4 years post collegiately.
