Job Description

This position is responsible for assisting the Director and Head Coach in all aspects of coaching their assigned event group. Involving recruiting, retaining members, and overall in-season/off-season strategies/programs. Candidates should have experience in the vertical jumps, with emphasis on the pole vault.

The Assistant Coach will also serve in a second college assignment: Housing Assistant. The employment in the above position is contingent upon the Assistant Men’s and Women’s Track and Field/Cross Country Coach being employed in both assigned positions.

Wage: $4,000 for 12 months Coaching and $12,000 for 12 months Housing Assistant (no benefits). Room and board included (live-in position).
