All-American Recognition for Relay Alternates
Amend the “Selection” section for the Indoor Track & Field All-American awards so that it states the following: 1. First-Team All-America is awarded to the top eight (8) finishers in each men’s and women’s event at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships, without regard to citizenship, including all participants in the preliminary and final rounds on a relay team that finishes in the top eight (8).

First-Team All-America is awarded to the top eight (8) finishers in each men’s and women’s event at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships, without regard to citizenship, including all participants in the preliminary and final rounds on a relay team that finishes in the top eight (8).

USTFCCCA Awards Committee Recommends further discussion needed at Board level and Division levels due to feeling that if it were to be adopted, it should be applied across all divisions.
BOD approved each Division to determine — Division II will adopt this proposal
