Alternative Sport Sponsorship/Championship Qualifying Minimums for Indoor/Outdoor Track

To change the current sport sponsorship and championship minimum requirement to seven athletes competing in five competitions, with all seven of those athletes competing in all five competitions. This would be the requirement for both indoor and outdoor track and field.
