Amend Bylaw 20.9.6.3 Minimum Contests and Participants Requirements for Sports Sponsorship
To amend NCAA Bylaw 20.9.6.3 by requiring a rack and field team to have athletes compete in a minimum of 10 events outdoors and 8 events indoors with a minimum of 14 competitors to count as a contest for minimum sports sponsorship.
