Change both the men’s and women’s championship race distance to 8 kilometers

Assuming the other proposal to equalize the race distances for men and women passes, this proposal is to select 8 kilometers as the distance for region and national championship races.

ARTICLE 1.
a. The length of a Cross Country race course shall be at least 4000
meters. The distance for any championship race shall not be shorter or longer than 8000 meters.
