Consistent Schedules and Events at all Championships

All championships, including conference championships and preliminary rounds, shall follow the same events and order of events as specified in Rules 5 and 15, Sections 1, Articles 1 through 3. No additions, deletions, or alterations to this order are permitted. The standards and procedures applied at the final NCAA Championship shall serve as the expectation and model for every championship at every level.
