Create Earlier Time-Frame for National Anthem
I would like to ensure adequate time between the National Anthem and the start of the first race at a cross country meet. This way we can avoid athletes having to stand on the starting line in bad weather, getting colder right before the start of their race. I suggest the following:
Any cross country meet playing the National Anthem must do so at least 20 minutes before the start of the first race.
