Create Heat and Humidity Index

To create a heat and humidity index and adjustment similar to the altitude adjustments in outdoor track. These adjustments would be made to all races 400 meters and longer in outdoor track utilizing the commonly accepted formula:

Heat and Humidity (add Temperature and Dew Point):

100 or less: no pace adjustment necessary
101 to 110: 0.25% pace adjustment
111 to 120: 0.75% pace adjustment
121 to 130: 1.5% pace adjustment
131 to 140: 2.5% pace adjustment
141 to 150: 3.75% pace adjustment
151 to 160: 5.25% pace adjustment
161 to 170: 7.0% pace adjustment
171 to 180: 9.0% pace adjustment
Above 180: 10.0% pace adjustment
