Eliminate Check-In Procedure at the Cross Country Regional Championships and NCAA Championships

To eliminate the check-in procedure at our cross country regional and national championship. Currently teams and individual participants are required to check-in for clerking before the championship event, beginning 80 minutes out from race start time.
