Student-Athlete Uniform Policy

To allow student-athletes to wear black, white, or grey tights even when those colors do not match the bottom portion of the uniform. The tights would still need to be in unifying color across the team, but all athletes would not have to choose to wear the tights. Currently tights have to match the bottom uniform color.
