NCAA Preliminary Round Seeding and Advancement for Field Events

For all field events at the NCAA Preliminary rounds, qualifying marks should be thrown out and flights should be randomized. An automatic Qualifying mark shall also be established, based on an average for the 8th place mark at the NCAA final round for the previous 3 years.
