Prize Money at Conference and NCAA Championships

Allow each conference and the NCAA to establish a pool of prize money to be awarded at their conference meet. This money can be awarded to the host institution until NCAA rules catch up and allow it to directly go to the athlete.

Draft Track and Field Executive Committee Amendment:
Allow each conference to establish a pool of appearance money to be awarded at their Conference meet. Permit athletes to accept prize money for non-NCAA competition.
