Revise the individual “At-Large” selection process to account for the strength of the Region.

AT-LARGE SELECTION — INDIVIDUALS
The committee will select two at-large individuals by dividing the two highest non-qualifying individual finishers at the regional meets by the number of teams selected to the championships, and selecting the two lowest-scoring individuals for the Championship.
