Time Limit for Field Events

This proposal requests that Rule 6 Field Events; Section 1. General Rules for Field Events; Time Limit in Articles 2 through 6 in the NCAA Cross Country/Track and Field 2019-2020 Rules revert back to the 1 minute time for trials in all field events.
