Course Registration
Registration must be completed in the account of the intended student in order to receive credit.
Access to course materials will begin two weeks prior to the course start date, once tuition fees have been paid. It is highly recommended you confirm materials access prior to the start of your course by visiting the ‘Course Materials and Testing’ page, via the dropdown menu.
Attendance in all required sessions is mandatory for course participants seeking certification.
*NOTE: It is the responsibility of the registrant to ensure the email address on their course registration is their preferred address for communication, at which they will receive important course updates and information.
Course Materials
After registering for TFA251 (TFTC), the course materials and testing can be accessed here, or via the dropdown menu.
TFA 300, 400, 500 Level

Please review your assigned course materials prior to the course start date.
You are welcome to download materials to your device for personal use.
No printed materials will be provided.
DISCLAIMER: As they are intended for personal educational use, materials may not, under any circumstances, be published or distributed beyond the direct context of the course. Doing so may result in suspension, course failure, and / or restriction from future TFA courses.
Course Testing
All examinations will be made available at the conclusion of the taught course and remain open for 14 days.
To pass all TFA examinations, a score of 80% or higher is required.
Each exam may only be submitted once. Any subsequent submissions will not be accepted.
300 Level
Event specific examinations and individual projects, will be submitted on the above mentioned page.
Projects are graded on a pass/fail basis.
Attendance in all assigned sessions is required to take the exam.
DISCLAIMER: All exams and projects must be completed independently, without collaboration, and submitted from the registered students account; No exceptions. Any and all plagiarism will result in immediate expulsion from the course without certification, and restriction from all future TFA courses.
Course Completion
You will be contacted via email to notify you at the time said updates are complete.
Course participants who fail examination or project submission are permitted one re-submission, 6 months after the course in question is completed. Re-submissions may be sent to academy@ustfccca.org
Certification & Transcripts
The Track and Field Academy operates on a digital transcript model, which can be accessed anytime on your TFA Transcripts page via the dropdown menu.
Said transcript is the definitive official record of all active certifications and courses taken in one convenient location.
